A Confused Soul
Should I tell the boy I love how I feel?
Could he laugh in my face or smile at me?
Or could he take my heart and have a meal?
He could turn around and bring me to see.
As he holds me close with the touch of lips.
Oh the love notes that are sitting in piles.
Flying in the clouds the turns and the dips.
Make my head whirl around with all the smiles.
Having him ten feet away makes me weak.
Makes my body tremble, not just my knees.
Oh, how I would love just to hear him speak.
Tell me that you love me just as much, please?
Lost in your eyes, can you tell I’m in love?
He’s as gentle and as sweet as a dove.
