A Pattern of Nature
Spring brings flowers everywhere
And sunshine in the sky.
When the breeze blows in my hair,
I know my skin won’t fry.
Summer brings the warmer days
And sun rays beaming down on me.
Outside my brother goes and plays
And the leaves crack as they grasp the tree.
Now fall brings colors all around
And colder weather.
Leaves lay a covering on the ground
Dropping from the tree like feathers.
A drop of snow signals winter’s arrival,
Then flowers have no chance of survival.
