Open Your Mind
Liquid ice flows down my face,
Caused by the fears that stand
When the mind and heart embrace,
Helping with fate's backhand.
I collect my scattered thoughts,
Quite stuck in my own world.
Truth and fantasy's mere clots
Ignore being unfurled.
Clarity, serenity,
Both useful things to have,
Though when it means being free,
There's something you can't halve.
Find the key that you have for your mind,
Unlock it and then open it, and choose to never be blind.
