Hating Homework

I can’t believe how much I hate homework
Why is it that teachers just make me rhyme?
It’s not really my thing to do hard work
Yet, I’ve been writing poems all the time.
Forgive me, because I always stutter
My head has turned into a scary mess
I’m trying to organize the clutter
Why can’t you see I’ve been doing my best?
Teachers oh, teachers why do you hate me?
With all this work I can’t do anything
Please, please take me out of my misery
Assign me something more entertaining
I’m hating this work; it’s a piece of crap
So why don’t you all just cut me some slack
