Longing...
Alone in the corner,
Much to my surprise.
Sits the object for many nights I've fantasized.
I can't contain the urge to begin.
I'm waiting for her kiss, of which I can't defend...
She untangles my psyche, unbinds the wounds.
I want to let her in but I feel confused.
It's hard for me to tell which one is being used.
She creeps through the evening like an eerie melody;
I'm still broken after she fixes what's left of me.
Left in the infinite void I call home...
I made it this far, but not alone.
Cry out in pain, yet I've made made myself clear...it's her love that I've come to fear.
I can see you-
Through broken glass.
My longing hastens,
As each day and night pass.
