"Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy" -Norman Vincent Peale

Don't call me immortal

cause I can still bleed

I am not eternal

Not even my memories

I am not some god

SO do not bow to me

I am not a king

So don't follow my lead

I am a mortal

With mistakes so grave

That if I buried them

A cemetary wouldn't have the space

A mortal man

Whose actions are not brave

I'm not a knight in shining armour

It is crimson from all those who bled

To let me live

who saved my life

But took their own

In a selfish right

I never asked for this

I don't want these stains

But I refuse to face the shame

Of taking mine, they should have lived

I was falling apart

Like a member of the living dead

Nobody could get to me

Through my thick iron lined head

But they all broke through

At the cost of their lives

And I shed a tear

Cause why did they have to die

I am a mortal

With mistakes so grave

That if I buried them

A cemetary wouldn't have the space

A mortal man

Whose actions are not brave

I'm not a knight in shining armour

It is crimson from all those who bled

To let me live

who saved my life

But took their own

In a selfish right

I never asked for this

I don't want these stains

But I refuse to face the shame

Of taking mine, they should have lived

I lay awake at night

And though I am alive

I am empty with the seas

Of all the sadness that I cried

Pools like oceans

Salty and hot

My body still lives

Though my heart is surely rot

I am a mortal

With mistakes so grave

That if I buried them

A cemetary wouldn't have the space

A mortal man

Whose actions are not brave

I'm not a knight in shining armour

It is crimson from all those who bled

To let me live

who saved my life

But took their own

a selfish right

I never asked for this

I don't want these stains

But I refuse to face the shame

Of taking mine, they should have lived

I wanna give myself a purpose

To show them all I care

I wish I knew the magic spell

To bring them back from their despair

I want my friends back here

To see my fly

From rock bottom to the clouds

Cause surely then I'd be alive

I am a mortal

With mistakes so grave

That if I buried them

A cemetary wouldn't have the space

A mortal man

Whose actions are not brave

I'm not a knight in shining armour

It is crimson from all those who bled

To let me live

who saved my life

But took their own

In a selfish right

I never asked for this

I don't want these stains

But I refuse to face the shame

Of taking mine, they should have lived

I feel like some of the rhymes need a little work, and perhaps some of the verses. But you do have a very good idea, and I would recommend continuing to write it out.
