Invocation
I want you to take me
Break me
Shake me into a mold
Of your own making;
Leave me cold
And wondering
Wandering in an expanse of twisted gold
Filigree feelings,
Teeming thoughts.
So carve me out
Then sate me, sacred
Build me brimming brilliant
In darkness;
Dye certainties with doubt
And leave light in vacuum’s starkness.
I beg
Your pardon,
Could you give the words again?
Flow through fingertips and pen
Print poison lips
On sentience
Suddenly blooming.
