a song for my love
[verse 1]
Now and again I pick up the pen ,start writing and wondering when
These dreams are gonna take flight, I’m always writing with my heroes late night
The dudes I feel i almost know, helped me put my thoughts on paper with the utmost flow
I knew they would never ever let me down, the beat put me so high I felt id never meet the ground
More calming than a sea sound, then I was writing look at B found
They were the faces of rap music , maybe one day id one of the faces to do it
No words to describe it, hip hop looked inside my heart to inscribe it
This is why I love street poetry, I hope one day you leave my songs feeling like you know me
