Here I am
In between this beautiful love scene
Longing to help you reach your dreams
I long to make mine come true
Giving of myself
Giving of you
Seeing a bluer sky
You say "I'll give you wings to fly"
It isn't until I try
That I truly fly
Standing on firm ground
I'm shocked to hear the sound
Of you quaking
Needing a hand to hold
Someone to lift you up
He shakes
Thinking, "It was me who needed you."
