So Far Away
Never to be and never to keep
Maybe all of this is a lie
From the beginning of all of this pain
Nothing really hurt me in particular
My mind moves to many ways to say
That I’ll keep talking to you
In the end, it really doesn’t matter
You’ll still push me into the ground
Can I say I’m not full of contradictions?
I’m only human
I need love
I need love
I want you
I need you
Or somebody, it hardly matters anymore, anyway, anyhow
Sometime all of this will wilt away
In the sewers of tilted frames
I’m only a human, please don’t’ look at me
Like I’m some kind of specter
Some abomination
Lurking around in your vision
But then again the time grows to be a minute, drags on
To months and years, and all of these tears
All of my fears
Build up inside
Can I say I’m not lonely?
Or that someone has it worse then me?
I can’t know
Neither can you
Neither can you
No matter how much I love you
No matter how much I look at you
They simmer in the muddy lake
So far away
