Glitter
She's that girl that has it all.
That you would never know,
that she can fall.
She puts it on,
on to hide the tears.
She can't come to that one person,
that she's always feared.
She's got glitter all over her face,
she's got what she's wanted,
or makes you think that way.
Behind the mask, she puts on,
is what her mother makes her out to be.
Fakes the girl inside,
because she has to please.
She's the girl,
he's love all his life.
And that is what he had to sacrifice.
A moments breath felt like a million years.
As she had to tell him what her mother truly feared.
She's got glitter all over her face,
she's got what she's wanted,
or makes you think that way.
Behind the mask, she puts on,
is what her mother makes her out to be.
Fakes the girl inside,
because she has to please.
She's got a mask on,
Glitter on the top.
A target on the bottom,
They say it's her mothers fault.
She's got glitter all over her face,
she's got what she's wanted,
or makes you think that way.
Behind the mask, she puts on,
is what her mother makes her out to be.
Fakes the girl inside,
because she has to please.
