call the hotline
a taste of blood around my gums
and my teeth are falling out
and to no one's surprise
the landlines just happen to be down
i bandage wounds in my brain
i take drugs for the pain
but no matter the price
i won't call the hotline
they tell you “look for a sign”
fine, i'll take this as mine
but to no one's surprise
i can't reach the hotline
