Reality
She’s always sad
Never wears a smile
Her life’s not that bad?
Maybe live in it awhile
Everything seems fine
She keeps it hidden away
Until its time
She can’t keep her feelings at bay
She goes into the room and locks the door
Here come the silent sobs
As she falls to the floor
Depression just doing its job
By the time she leaves
Her wrists are painted with red
Makes the feelings cease
But still wishes she was dead
Supper is done
She doesn’t eat
Skipping meals is fun
Only has a little treat
She stares at the mirror
Not happy with what she sees
She is broken
And the feeling will never cease
