Turtles can't fly but

Elephants can, I learned that

Before spider's web

I learned that elephants can fly (Dumbo) before I learned about the spider's web (Charlotte's Web).

Turtles can't fly... One day a turtle wanted to attend a party the birds were having in the sky. He borrowed feathers from the birds to hold him up. But when he insulted the peacock (such ugly feet), the birds grew angry and took their feathers. The turtle couldn't fly, so a spider offered to help him reach earth by making a web. However, the turtle was too heavy for the spider web and fell to the ground. And that is why the turtle's shell is flat.
