My only love sprung from my only hate. Too early seen unknown and known too late.

The rain falls into
The desire of the forest
Landing on the plants

Creeping down their backs
And collecting on the leaves
Flouting to the ground

The extra drops go
Inhaled through the root’s nostrils
With their full bellies

The plants start to sigh
And their pleasure starts to show
The first sign of spring

“If you’re going to be a writer, the first essential is just to write. Do not wait for an idea. Start writing something and the ideas will come. You have to turn the faucet on before the water starts to flow.” —Louis L’Amour

I've read all of your poems and you are really good! I like the style you push the reader into so that they get the same feeling you are trying to convey in the poem! Very powerful.
