Hard shell but soft soul.
Sliding smoothly, patiently

The author's comments:
Snails are soft bodies creatures often protected by a hard shell. In many ways, we are much like them. Many of us are more sensitive than we would like to admit, but we have formed a hard shell around us. However, unlike the snail, we are not patient. We do not know that even if it takes a long time, we will get to our destination in the end. We could learn a lot from the snail.
