A Laughing Illness

A girl in high school

She was known for her laughter,

Was always laughing

It might seem normal

But her laughs would often last

For a bit too long

When others heard her,

They were worried for her health

And asked if she’s fine

She could not respond

Because she was too busy

Laughing without stop

Crumbling to the ground

Sharp pain shot through her body

Yet she kept laughing

This was typical

Happened many times before

So she was ignored

However, this time,

Her laughter was stifling her

Strained her ceaselessly

Unable to talk

Her cries for help weren’t released

She went unnoticed

The non-stop laughter

Finally came to an end

She laughed her last breath

It's a haiku about a girl laughing to death. I just wrote it for fun.
