High up on the rock,the king sits on his throne,
Lounging around,he is ruler of the land.
Leader of his pride,he is worshipped.
Shaking his mane , the gold gleams around him.
Big and large, he is the one in charge.

Roaring, he gives orders to his people.
The sharp teeth and claws show, he is dangerous.
Leaping off his throne, he is riding to battle

Stalking silently, the enemy is unaware.
His cry is heard and the attack has begun.
His pride along with him, his knights fight by his side.
The frightening take-down comes fast, the enemy had no chance.
Feasting,he takes in the sweet victory.

This turf is his, he is the king,
