A Final Goodbye
These are the final days.
Middle school is almost over, what a craze.
It seems like I've been stuck in a daze.
Soon we'll be standing in caps and gowns,
while our families watch with the rest of the town.
It's really starting to boil down.
Some people will start to cry.
I really don't want to say goodbye.
That is something I can't deny.
We've grown up so fast.
It's really been such a blast.
It's so hard to move on from the past.
We have made so many memories,
that I'll savor for centuries.
Now, we're standing on the stage with our diplomas and grinning,
this may be the end but it's only the beginning.
