Untitled
The negative thoughts started snowballing,
I really wanted to scream and lose it.
Spinning in circles,
like I was being flushed down a toilet.
I’m being punished by the universe.
And things actually did get worse.

and you handle the other person better.
But misfortune is a random event.
She fell and shattered.
Pushing away,
the relationship might go both ways.
And things actually did get worse.
There is always a probability that several bad things will happen at once.
But how well are we able to cope.

she took concrete steps to regain control.
Bad luck may seem to follow when someone tempts fate.
I’d had such smooth sailing for a long time,
but I guess it was just my turn.
And things actually did get worse.
