homeward's calling

through mists of bays

and those splendous

sunshine rays

through eyes of beasts

in their mid-life glory

shall whisper my soul

of their story

Nature cradles me

carefully in arm

recovered, revived, rejuviated,

replenished of all harm

Her secrecy is the horizon,

filled with magic and undared

to be enlightened by, impossible,

but by Her, always cared

Gaia, supreme, watched with mother's eyes

of titans, goddess, gods, all of life

yet, for me she tends to

all wounds of strife.

the Queen herself knelt towards

a girl in rags and dust

to bring life to her heart,

and to her spirit, just.
