The deep blue has a dance
Hovering near the shore
Quivering waves prance
The deep blue has a dance
Approaching clouds growl
Quivering waves prance
We hear the wind howl
Approaching clouds growl
Alongside the coast
We hear the wind howl
As elusive as a ghost
Alongside the coast
The sky turns gray
As elusive as a ghost
Shadows fade away
The sky turns gray
Hovering near the shore

I was inspired to write this when I was home alone one evening. The sky was gray and dull, like the calm before a storm. It was that feeling that something bad was right around the corner. I thought, "Wow. The silence has a roar", and then this all came together.
