Do I Dare?
The day I saw him,
something sparked inside of me,
longing to be with him.
Like a child,
longing for a thier blanket.
But do I dare take this risk?
Do I dare speak those words,
Sealing the deal?
Do I dare kiss him by the moonlight?
Do I dare take long strolls on long stretches on multicolored beaches?
Do I dare hold his hand?
What should I do?
I know that anwsers must be invested in the heavens,
Held by an all-powerful deity.
When do I know these secrets?
It is too soon to tell,
but maybe when my hair is grey as steel,
when my vision is blurred,
when I grow old,
I will know...
