Losing it

I've always been a dreamer
someone who has a millions of ideas constantly swirling through her mind
yet when it comes to write it all down
it stops.
The constant buzzing fades into the abyss
And It becomes soo quiet
I can hear the thumping of my heart, throbbing against my skull
I become soo lost in reality
That thinking becomes too hard, unatural and most importantly
unbearable
