Towering over us,
proud and strong.
Protecting us from
those who seek
to destroy us.

Reminding us of
those who lost and will lose
their lives to maintain our freedom.

Remember the people

showing respect to those
who do the things
some are too cowardly to do.

Reminding us of
all we went through

the United States of America.
