Man's Best Friend

He wags his little tail,
as we walk along trail,
He gives me a smile,
as we walk another mile,
He looks at me, like I’m his best friend,
friends forever, friends til’ the end,
I will love him forever,
I will not stop loving him, never,
He will always have a place in my heart,
for he was there from the start.
