If I ruled the world…
The school system would make kids want to learn and not just memorize things,
More money would go to after school programs especially in the city,
College athletes would get paid for all their talent,
Saving endangered species would be a top priority,
Scientists would be required to research global warming with the help of funding,
Guns and ammo would be heavily taxed,
Police officers would be required to wear body cameras,
Government workers and teachers would be paid more,
LeBron James would play for the Bulls and Aaron Rodgers would play for the Bears,
There would be no legal special treatment for the wealthy,
Celebrities would only be famous because of pure talent,
Taxes would actually be used for public goods instead of politicians’ pockets,
The words, “I love you,” would mean something,
Jobs would no longer be outsourced,
College would not cost so much,
And so much more.
It would be a perfect world,
But only if I ruled it.
