What hurts the most
What hurts the most
is that I believed you,
and trusted you,
and supported you,
and loved you,
and did a lot of things for you,
but you never did
that for me.
What hurts the most
is that I thought that we
could actually be something,
even though everyone said
no,
I ignored them,
I thought that we had something,
but we really had
nothing.
What hurts the most
is that I thought that
you could never do what you did.
And that you don’t lie,
and that you don’t make
excuses,
and that you don’t distract
me like that.
What hurts the most
is that I thought that
you were the one,
you were the one
that I was looking for.
What hurts the most
is that we have amazing
and meaningful memories
that I can’t just erase.
What hurts the most
is that I just wish
that I never met you,
and never felt for
you,
never developed these
feelings that I had for you.
What hurts the most
is that I was so excited
when you talked to me,
or when you stared at me,
or smiled,
but what was I thinking?
You do that to everyone.
What hurts the most
is what I feel in my
heart,
after everything
that we have gone through,
together.

Altough you had a hard time, you just have to forgive and then you will forget....because if you don't forgive, then how will you ever forget?
