My head is full of them
No matter how safe or nice some of them act
They are NOT.
Sometimes I feel like no matter how hard I chase them out
And lock the door
They find a key and ease their way back in

As a child, I thought they were under the bed,
in the closet,
in the darkest parts of my room,
But they weren't
They
Were
Always
Inside
