From wandering the twisted woods of her soul
To entertaining the taste that once resided in my own
Do I dare read the ink on the once blank page?
Would she fear the cold flame that once burned through my veins?
A foot in the darkness
Or a thought left unknown
Sated is the tongue
Hungry is the soul
