Charcoal
I am here just to say that I am. Almost like a leaf being crunched on by the fleeting feet of children. So eternally I can be carrying the weight of others but still standing. I shall march as I crumble and follow the way of the wind as it continues to carry me. Never weightless but always light on the universal scale. Just another face that is passed by. Just another leaf in a pile. In the grand scheme of things, when I wither and crumble, others shall bloom. Then I shall degrade into nothingness. Into pure darkness. Into charcoal.
