Everyone is about to move on.
I stare into the crowds of students,
wondering how seconds can tick slowly
but these years pass too quickly.
The envelope in my hands
holds my future.
Everyone has smiles on their faces
but in their hearts,
sadness is bubbling.

Finales indicate new beginnings.
My fresh start is welcomed by
no bitter goodbyes.
Happy tears,
joyous smiles,
sweet hellos.
This is my ending,
my new beginning.
