Stardust;
the couple point to a star “that’s her,”
9 months later;
the small star is born.
screaming,
and wailing for five years straight
she develops.
their little star-girl soon realizes life
is hard.
so she climbs on a stage
and sang her heart out.
forgive, forget, let your soul embark
on a journey through the dark.
dark like the sky
she looked up to at night.
she sings,
and she sings about love and the stars.
a small scream escapes the crowd afar
we are made of stars
stars that are soon replaced with the ones
in our eyes.
so we climb through life
like the stairs leading to your stage,
your big-bang
which then leads so,
your one last curtsy on the stage of
life.
