Tick Tock
Time
Is it tick tock
Or tock tick?
Does it go forward
Or back?
Time is a liquid
Was it Vonnegut who said that?
I believe so.
Time drips everyday
It is the dew on the grass
Slowly falls off the blade
Drip drop
Tick tock
Does it go forward or back?
But does it matter?
We all end up in the same place at the end
When the clock stops
No more tick tock.

The song Time on Darkside of the Moon and Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut inspired me with this poem.
