Life, it's a gift

It's strange

In a good way

But it's limited

You can breathe clean air

Lay in the soft green grass

Swim through refreshing waters

And think about how to use this precious time

We are the same but different

We all have eyes, ears, a nose but,

We have different ways of thinking and,

Different ways we do things

Our thoughts and actions are important in life

They define who we are

We think the right and wrong, do the good and bad,

Our thoughts and actions are connected with the choices we make

Those choices limit our life

Sometimes they leave us knocking on deaths door

Other times, they show us what to do differently

Show us and teach us the good and evil in this world

Our life is special

What we choose and do wisely can lead us in the right path

But, when we choose differently, it's just like saying goodbye
