Scotty's Charm
All my siblings have different charms. My youngest brother’s charm is like a criminal, always breaking the rules but never getting caught. And me, my charm is selfless. I always try to put others before myself. Jack’s charm is his ability to make you laugh until your stomach hurts. He doesn’t even have to try. Brendan’s charm is a maze--never knowing what direction he will be going. And Elliot, who is the oldest, has charm like a business man.
But Scotty’s charm, Scotty’s charm, like sunshine on a cloudy day, like little swedish fish all sweet and small because he always knows how to make you feel better, small to wrap your arms around when you are feeling upset, feeling upset, and he will make you smile, is the light to your day, is the light when he runs up to you to give you a hug after school, and he says you didn’t even say hi, the jokes and both of us laughing. The jokes, the laughing, and Scotty’s charm that lights up your day.
