Fatal Lies,
The day I thought you left forever was the day my
my heart fell and shattered into a million, sharp pieces
that lead to my slow and painful death.
You were my killer. The weapon, your eyes,
slit my throat with one glance.
I thought you fell from heaven, but it turned out
you were sent from hell to end my existence.
I had my eyes wide open, but you were masked, disguised
the whole time.
I wanted to make you proud, but the lies everyone else told
me made it hard to see you needed to live
without me.
