On a ledge sits a dove
Full of innocence
Full of love

A minute passes by and so does a boy
He eyes his prey
He grabs his toy

From his toy a stone does fly
The dove looks
Stone meets eye

The dove drops from her perch
Full of new knowledge
Full of true hurt

On a ledge sits a crow
Full of Experience
Full of woe
