Shock
Wounded
It hurts too much
To breathe
I didn't see
The bend
And I wonder
"Is this the end...?"
I'm on my knees
Desperate
For something
Someone
This can't
Be happening
Is all I can think...
But it is
Lost
Don't know
What to do
What to feel
But when I turn
To You
The pain
Fades away
And I breathe
Your love for me
It still aches
But now
I know
That this
Is how
Your plan
Should go

It's all part of God's Plan. I've heard this so many times, and yet it's still difficult to accept when times get tough. I finally realized a key element to accepting His plan is surrender. Of course it hurts. Of course you're angry. All you have to do is let go and just surrender fully, as hard as that is, and you'll be okay.
