Gone,
You'll be leaving me soon.
I don't want you to go,
But it's not like it's our choice.
If it was our choice,
I'd keep you forever.
How could I ever forget
A person like you.
You,
You are the person
That told me,
It's OK to be yourself.
Don't hide who you are,
Because there are people
In the world that
Will love you for you.
Now I,
I don't believe in
Heaven or Hell.
I believe that you'll
Get another life.
One after the other.
I believe that
Each life form
Of you will be
The same as the last.
The reasons you die,
Who you fall for,
Your personality,
You. You'll be you.
You may not remeber
Who you once
Were before, but
I know that you'll
Still be a good person.

I was inspired to write this by a friend of mine. This friend of mine has a skin canser. This was only a few days before their surgery that could change their life forever. The amount of tears I had shed for this person, is a larger amount then what I have cried throughout my whole life.
