We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.-Dalai Lama

Grey bricks of shame
Honey bee's sway
Hornets sting softly
Wasps blow crudley

Grey bricks of shame
Holding the H20 in with grace
When will it be a year
A year where I won't feel,
lost, or lonley
I won't contain pain
Pain that hurts me, slowly,
emotionally, and sometimes physically

Stinging causes pain
Well, sometimes I want to sting
Something or someone, everyday

Grey bricks of shame
Tapping my feet doesn't help me
Deep breathing doesn't cure me

Mostly I want to get in a plane,
Soar away, or drive ,and ride away
I want to depart
From this awful place
Most call home
I want so much, and
I have hope

What I really want is help, somekind of help, God.

I know you listen, and you listen well
I need some kind of voice to ring in my ear,
Like I heard once before, when I was young
So, all the angels watching me like my grandmother,
Help me, in my time of need

Hear my plea
Please, Nana
Hear my plea, please

I wrote this poem when I was hopeless and depressed. Its contains all the feeling I was feeling at that time, and what I wanted.
