I lost myself in the space between yesterday and tomorrow
and its all because you said I love you but
you don’t seem like you do
when you stare down cold and ignorant every time I say I
care for you
and I just force a smile and watch the rain fall on dead plants
You know when things don’t match
forlorn hearts always try to find a reason why
