Long live the man in the mask
whose days are numbered
whose life won't last
with ambitions torn asunder
in life he basks

Short live the man in the mask
whose days length is lacking
who is always asked
as the foundation is cracking
why he does that

there lived a man in a mask
who always lived for himself
which is no small task
he places his mask on his shelf
realizing today is his last

No longer lives the man in the mask
happy with his life as it ends
he realized life is so fast
everything needed was amended
he now goes to feed the grass

I was thinking about poetry and what it means to people. It could be the worst unit of english class. Or it could be the best way to free your emotions. I view as a puzzle I get to create and I ask that when you read my poem you can solve it for yourself. I have left the pieces but unlike most puzzles you yourself get to decide what you see when it is put together. Now go find the meaning of my poem that I had found for myself.
