in the sea of monkeys you can taste the anticipation
and people cry colored tears over stolen dreams and invisible hearts
in the forest of sheep there are lies and trepidation
and everyone fights over the shoulders untouched
with an ancient soul the wind croons to the sky
to soothe the pain of days not yet begun
