CANT TAKE THIS ANYMORE

So it one of the moments when you find out someone in your family just died and you cant do anything about it. i just want to scream out to the world and ask god why why do you let all this stuff happen? I dont deserve this no one does and you cry and cry and then you have this numb stage where you feel like a walking zombie and you just dont know what is going to happen next. i cant take this much longer i think i need to just maybe not be in this world anymore i just want to throw in the towel per say and be done with everything and everyone?
