New World

It’s amazing looking
through a window and
seeing a whole new
world.
The skies look brighter
like the color of
cerulean.
The roads look longer
with the twisting and turning
getting smaller and smaller,
but never running out.
Green pops out from the
trees and grass that are just
starting to grow.
This all happens until
there is a blur. I try to
refocus but that new world
slowly starts to fade out.
All that’s left is a black
screen with no color as I
take that new world
and put it away.
