If My Pen Had Ink to Write
If my pen had ink to write
I’d shape words onto paper
They’d flow from its tip, forming stories
Masterpieces would be made
Laughs would ring and tears shed
If only my pen could write
If my violin had strings
The bow would dance across them
Music, echoing through the hall
When it reaches their ears, they would smile
Or cry, or laugh
If only my violin had strings
If I had a voice to speak
I’d speak out
Against injustice, against corruption
Opinions would be changed
Enemies would become friends
Wars would be prevented
If only I had a voice
