I am a magic wand that makes everything disappear and go away
I like to rub a word off from existence
Scouring the paper to rid it of your blunders and errors
Dashing across the paper like a cheetah after his prey, leaving stringy pink shreds wherever I go
I always attack your imperfections to conceal them
Fighting the dark tough ones until only faint imprints are left
The victories make me smile, I feel like an old champion
Though these fights wear me out, I feel less and less myself
But I’ll always be there to undo your mistakes until I fade away into nothing but a shred.
