Been in the family for a hundred years
When I am stressed
I go there and my mind clears
I walk down the drive
The wind blows through my hair
Makes me feel so alive
My family fills the house with laughter
Telling and making memories
To remember even after
When the sun goes down
We light the bon fire
Only light to be seen within miles of town
Then it's time for our midnight ride
We saddle up the horses
Set out with a short stride
When we get back
Aside from the brightly shinning stars
The sky is pitch black
We decide to call it a night
But just for now because there is still so much to do
We will start again as soon as it turns from dark to light
