Hello

Short and without sound
Devoid is this heaping mound
Memories of flesh

Oh morning…
So bright.
Always
My light

Do you hear me?

I call out
To empty skies..
For better nights
..For butterflies

I see you
So far away
And dream
Of such warmth

The flowers..
They must bloom
Just for you..
With the hopes
Of touching
Your beauty
I love you.
No better words
Describe my solace..
Knowing..
You rise
And fall
For another

Yet and still
I love you,
Even more now so
Than then

Is it your laugh
On a summer’s day?
Or pure attraction
That binds me to you

To forever stare,
At the horizon

A certain darkness is needed to see the stars.

This poem may hoenstly be one of the sweetest things I've ever read.

"Fiction is the lie that tells the truth."

This is about the second or third time I've read this and I still marvel this poem. The personification of a sunset and how people do love it. You are a good poet. Keep up the great work.
